【岗位职责】
1、负责AI智能客服管理后台的前后端功能模块设计、开发与迭代维护
2、运用AI辅助编程工具提升代码生成效率、质量及自动化测试覆盖率
3、设计并实现高并发场景下的API接口、数据库模型及消息队列架构
4、对接大语言模型与知识库检索增强(RAG)服务，优化客服响应逻辑
5、排查并解决全栈链路中的性能瓶颈、安全漏洞及线上故障
6、编写高质量技术文档与核心代码注释，推动团队工程规范落地
【任职要求】
1、具备本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业背景
2、拥有5年及以上全栈开发工作经验，有完整的企业级后台项目交付经历
3、精通至少一种主流后端语言(Java/Go/Python/Node.js)及对应Web框架熟练
4、掌握React/Vue等前端框架及TypeScript，具备复杂交互页面开发能力
5、熟练使用Cyrsor、Copilot等AI编码工具进行日常开发与代码审查
6、熟悉MySQL/PostgreSQL及Redis/MongoDB等数据存储方案的设计与调优
【加分项】
1、具有AI智能客服、对话机器人或NLP相关平台开发经验
2、了解LangChain、Llamalndex等大模型应用开发框架及Prompt工程
3、具备Docker/Kubernetes容器化部署及CI/CD流水线搭建经验
4、有开源项目贡献经历或活跃的技术社区分享记录
