Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Web3 products. You will be responsible for driving the product vision, defining the roadmap, and ensuring the successful execution of features across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and strategy for Web3 products (dApps, DeFi, NFTs, etc.).
• Prioritize product features and create a detailed roadmap based on user feedback, market analysis, and business goals.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Conduct user research to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
• Monitor product performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Track competitive landscape and identify new market opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product documentation including user stories, requirements, and release notes.
• Ensure products align with blockchain and tokenomics principles, optimizing for user experience and decentralized features.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in Web3, blockchain, or crypto products.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized applications (dApps), and Web3 principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing product development cycles.
• Proficient in using product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Deep knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, and tokenomics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, marketing, and design teams.
• Experience with JIRA, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred:

• Experience in startups or fast-paced Web3 environments.
• Blockchain development knowledge (optional but beneficial).
• Experience working with DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations).
