Job Responsibilities: 1. Project Incubation and Growth: * Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for incubation projects, driving market launch and user acquisition from zero to one. * Define stage-specific strategies for brand exposure, community growth, and user retention to ensure achievement of key performance indicators at each phase. 2. Marketing and Brand Communication: * Lead end-to-end brand communication planning, including content development, media partnerships, KOL collaborations, and event planning and execution. * Write and review promotional copy, press releases, X (formerly Twitter) posts, AMA scripts, and other marketing materials. 3. Community and Social Media Operations: * Manage community ecosystem development and social media growth across platforms such as X, Facebook, Discord, and Telegram. * Design online interactive campaigns, point-based tasks, airdrops, and other initiatives to boost community engagement and user participation. 4. Ecosystem Resource Collaboration: * Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with incubation ecosystem stakeholders, including media outlets, KOLs, guilds, and other channels. * Coordinate resources to secure media coverage, community promotion, and pre-listing announcements for incubation projects. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of market operations experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry; prior experience incubating projects from zero to one preferred. 2. In-depth understanding of the crypto ecosystem, on-chain project mechanics, market dynamics, and user personas. 3. Proven ability to independently plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., campaigns, airdrops, AMAs, and co-marketing initiatives). 4. Strong written and verbal English communication skills; capable of producing and delivering marketing content in both Chinese and English. 5. Data-driven mindset with growth hacking experience, able to optimize strategies based on analytics. 6. Candidates with existing media, guild, KOL, or exchange networks will be given priority. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Former marketing lead or core team member of a Web3 project. 2. Familiarity with incubation frameworks in ecosystems such as BNB, SEI, Solana, and Kaia. 3. Deep knowledge or hands-on experience in Web3 gaming, DeFi, RWA, AI, or related sectors. What We Offer: 1.
