Salary: 20k - 23k

Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Qualifications:

Educational Background

• At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate with minimum 1 year of BPO international voice experience
• OR completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months BPO international voice experience
• We also welcome fresh graduates or candidates with no prior BPO experience, provided they demonstrate strong communication skills

Skills & Competencies

• Strong English communication skills (B2 level)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good customer service orientation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail

Work Requirements

• Willing to work onsite
• Amenable to shifting schedules
• Can start immediately

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle international voice calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and accurately.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns.
• Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with clients and team members.
• Adhere to company policies, shifting schedules, and onsite work requirements.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a customer-first mindset in all tasks.
