The German Customer Expert for the Fraud Detection Account is responsible for reviewing transactions, identifying suspicious activities, and preventing fraudulent behavior to protect both the customers and the business. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively in both German and English. You will handle sensitive information, assess risks, and make decisions in line with fraud prevention policies.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in German language (B2 - C1) open to both native and non-native speakers)
• English proficiency at B2 CEFR level or higher
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a call center, BPO, or related customer service role
• Willingness to work onsite
