Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions regarding retail products and services
• Assist with order tracking, exchanges, returns, billing concerns, and general inquiries
• Provide solutions with professionalism, accuracy, and friendly communication
• Maintain excellent service quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• College Graduate (with or without experience)
• Senior High School Graduate (with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience)
• atleast 2nd year in college (4 semesters completed) with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience
• Amenable to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to work night shifts and shifting schedules
